House of HUGS seeks to serve and support women recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness by providing a safe, structured sanctuary. House of HUGS will equip program participants with the necessary tools and resources to educate and empower them to live clean and sober and become productive members of society.
Helping women recovering from addiction and homelessness achieve complete restoration of health, home and relationships.
House of HUGS will provide the supervised and structured setting, which will allow the women to heal in a supportive environment.
The participants will be given the necessary tools and resources to address their mental, physical, and spiritual needs resulting in increased self-esteem, self-sufficiency, and independence.
The participants will be educated through classes that focus on life skills such as budgeting, credit restoration, building/restoring savings, tips regarding financial planning for the future as well learning resume writing, application completion, interviewing skills and so much more.
